Cultural Activities

• Shopping: you will be able to find in this neighbourhood some cool shopping spots, where you can go to chill on a Sunday afternoon or for your last-minute grocery purchase. There’s the huge Corte Inglés mall, located in Cuatro Caminos area, which offers you a wide choice of shops: retail fashion, quality beauty products, home decor, technology, stationary and much more!
  If you are looking to fill your fridge with some fresh and quality food, then go to Mercado de Maravillas, where you will be able to find a lot of fresh local produce (meat, fish, fruit, etc) and also some delicacies from Latin America.
  If you're down for retail therapy, we recommend you to pay a visit to Calle Orense and enjoy its many quality shops!
• Walking around the neighbourhood: if you are seeking some open-air shopping, you could stroll around this area, mainly in Calle Bravo Murillo, a few minutes walking from the heart of Tetuán. Along this avenue you can find so many restaurants, typical tapas bars and shops. Here you won’t only enjoy some free time, but you could also practice and improve your Spanish skills by getting to speak with the locals!  
  Moreover, due to its financial "cut", Tetuán boasts a beautiful modern skyline made of several towers, such as Torre Picasso and Torre Europa.

Nightlife in Madrid

Madrid is well known for its extremely fun nightlife. Tetuán is not a touristy nor busy neighbourhood, therefore you won’t find the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but you can reach it in a few minutes by metro.
Or you could explore some bars and clubs in the surrounding area, such as Moby Dick - for some pub & live music vibes - or some good discos such as La Nuit or Oh My Club, one of the most popular reggaeton clubs in Madrid (and only one metro stop from Tetuán).
